Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups frozen hash browns
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Cook ground beef and diced onion in a skillet until browned; drain excess fat
  • Mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • Layer frozen hash browns in a 9×13-inch greased baking dish
  • Spread cooked beef mixture over hash browns
