Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a medium baking dish
  • Pat chicken breasts dry. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 2-3 minutes per side
  • Whisk chicken broth into the skillet and add cream cheese until smooth. Stir in Parmesan and simmer 2-3 minutes
  • Transfer chicken to the baking dish. Pour the sauce over the breasts
  • Bake 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F
  • Sprinkle with parsley before serving
