Ingredients

  • 7.5 oz chive and onion cream cheese
  • 10.5 oz Campbell's condensed cream of bacon soup (halal-certified or no-pork alternative)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup real bacon bits (halal or turkey bacon bits)
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup crushed Doritos (any flavor)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix chive and onion cream cheese with cream of bacon soup until smooth.
  • Stir in shredded mozzarella and bacon bits until combined.
  • Horizontally cut each chicken breast to create a pocket (without cutting all the way through).
  • Fill each chicken pocket with the cream cheese mixture, fold, and press to seal.
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and place stuffed chicken breasts inside.
  • Beat the egg, brush over chicken, and sprinkle crushed Doritos on top to form a crust.
  • Bake for 33 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and Doritos are golden brown.
