Copycat Buster Bars: Homemade Frozen Treats Bursting with Flavor

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup salted peanuts
  • 1½ quarts vanilla bean ice cream
  • 16 oz hot fudge sauce
  • 14½ oz Magic Shell chocolate topping
  • 8 popsicle sticks
  • 8 disposable cups
  • Wax paper for lining

Instructions

  • Prepare your workspace. Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
  • Place 8 disposable cups in a row.
  • Add 1 teaspoon salted peanuts into the bottom of each cup.
  • Scoop 2 small scoops of vanilla ice cream over peanuts in each cup, pressing to flatten.
  • Transfer hot fudge sauce to a ziplock bag with tip cut, or a piping bag. Pipe fudge around the ice cream edge.
  • Sprinkle another 1 teaspoon peanuts, then add 2 small scoops ice cream on top.
  • Pipe another fudge layer and add final teaspoon of peanuts.
  • Insert a popsicle stick in center of each cup halfway.
  • Freeze for 2 hours until firm.

Notes

Use room-temperature ingredients for smooth fudge layers. For easier slicing: run a warm knife between bars.
