Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

  • Fresh lettuce leaves

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat
  • Add ground beef and diced onions
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes until beef is browned and onions are translucent
  • Reduce heat and add shredded cheddar cheese
  • Stir gently until cheese melts into the mixture
  • Prepare sauce by combining mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard
  • Place tortillas flat, spoon beef-cheese mix into center
  • Add diced tomatoes, jalapeños, lettuce, and drizzle with sauce
  • Fold sides and roll tightly from bottom
