Ingredients

  • Chocolate sandwich cookies
  • Unsalted butter, melted
  • Cream cheese, softened
  • Powdered sugar
  • Whipped topping
  • Chocolate pudding mix
  • Milk
  • Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust: Crush cookies into crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  • Press mixture into a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust.
  • Make Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup whipped topping until smooth.
  • Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  • Prepare Pudding: Whisk pudding mix with milk until thickened.
  • Spread half of the pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  • Repeat layers: Add remaining cream cheese layer, then remaining pudding.
  • Top with remaining 1 cup whipped topping and chocolate shavings.
  • Chill for 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Use chocolate wafer cookies if preferred
Substitute whipped cream or coconut whipped cream for dairy-free
Replace with almond or soy milk for a vegan version
