  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 6 slices halal crispy bacon alternative, cooked until crispy
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 leaves green leaf lettuce

Instructions

  • Prepare the chicken salad: In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, chopped celery, parsley, Chef Bae Seasoning, and black pepper. Mix until creamy yet slightly chunky.
  • Toast the bread: Toast the artisan bread slices until golden brown.
  • Layer the sandwich: Place one toasted bread slice on a plate. Lay lettuce leaves on top.
  • Add the chicken salad: Spoon the salad evenly over the lettuce.
  • Top with bacon and tomatoes: Distribute crispy bacon slices and tomato slices over the chicken salad.
