  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 pre-baked angel food cake, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cans (21 oz each) cherry pie filling

Instructions

  • Beat the softened cream cheese on medium speed for 1–2 minutes until smooth and fluffy
  • Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until fully combined with no lumps
  • Pour in milk and vanilla extract, beating on medium speed until creamy and smooth
  • Gently fold in thawed whipped topping until no white streaks remain
  • Carefully fold in bite-sized angel food cake pieces to preserve texture
  • In a serving dish, layer the cream cheese mixture evenly
  • Top each portion with cherry pie filling before chilling
  • Chill for 30 minutes before serving
