Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 13.5 oz caramel dip
  • 1/4 cup English toffee bits
  • 4 medium apples, sliced (mix of red and green)

Instructions

  • Beat the cream cheese mixture: In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, sifted powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Using an electric mixer or hand whisk, beat the mixture until it is completely smooth, creamy, and fluffy.
  • Scrape the bowl: Pause and scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula to ensure all ingredients are fully combined.
  • Spread the cream cheese layer: Transfer the creamy mixture into a serving dish of your choice. Use a spatula to spread it out into an even, smooth layer.
  • Add the caramel topping: Spoon the caramel dip evenly over the cream cheese layer. Use the back of the spoon or a small spatula to gently spread it out into a smooth layer as well.
  • Sprinkle the toffee bits: Generously scatter the English toffee bits on top of the caramel layer.

Notes

For a nut-free option, substitute toffee bits with crushed pretzels or chopped nuts as per your preference.
Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
