Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chicken wings (about 32 wing sections)
  • 1/3 cup Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 medium lime (zested and juiced)
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  • Spray baking sheets with non-stick cooking spray
  • Arrange wings on sheets in a single layer
  • Sprinkle 1/3 cup Cajun seasoning evenly over all sides
  • Bake on middle rack for 30 minutes
  • Remove and baste with half of the lime-honey-sriracha sauce
  • Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes
  • Remove again and baste with remaining sauce
  • Place back in oven for 10 minutes to caramelize
  • Transfer to serving tray and drizzle with remaining lime juice and zest
  • Serve hot and enjoy

Pat wings dry: Before seasoning, pat your wings dry with paper towels to ensure crispiness
Even coating: Use your hands or tongs to thoroughly coat each wing with Cajun seasoning for maximum flavor
