Ingredients

  • 6 cups cooked bowtie pasta (from a 1-pound package)
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 5 ounces classic Caesar croutons (about 2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled turkey bacon (halal or non-pork option)
  • 12 ounces Caesar salad dressing
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for garnish

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add bowtie pasta and cook for 9-11 minutes until al dente.
  • Drain pasta, rinse under cold water to cool, and drain well.
  • In a large bowl, combine pasta, romaine lettuce, rotisserie chicken, Parmesan, croutons, and turkey bacon.
  • Pour Caesar dressing over the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  • Season with black pepper, sea salt, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
  • Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.

Notes

Use halal-certified bacon or omit for a vegetarian version.
Adjust dressing quantity to preference.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
