Ingredients

  • 1 box (12 cups) Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ΒΌ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Butterfinger candy bars (crushed)

Instructions

  • Pour Rice Chex into a large bowl
  • Microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter until smooth
  • Stir in vanilla extract
  • Pour chocolate mixture over cereal and coat evenly
  • Transfer to a bag with powdered sugar; shake to coat
  • Spread on parchment paper and cool
  • Add crushed Butterfinger candy and gently toss

Notes

Use a zip-top bag for even powdered sugar coating
Cool fully before adding Butterfinger candy for texture
Store in an airtight container
Substitute Rice Chex with other non-crunchy cereal if preferred
