  • 1/3 cup freeze-dried blueberries
  • 1 small jalapeño, finely minced and fully dried
  • 1 tsp dried lime zest
  • 1/4 tsp citric acid or True Lime powder
  • 1/8 tsp fine sea salt

Instructions

  • Prepare the blueberry powder: Pulse freeze-dried blueberries until coarsely ground.
  • Combine dry ingredients: In a bowl, mix sugar, blueberry powder, dried jalapeño, lime zest, citric acid, and sea salt.
  • Mix thoroughly: Whisk or stir until fully blended.
  • Air-dry the mixture: Spread the mix evenly on parchment-lined baking tray.
  • Dry for 30 minutes: Let sit in a well-ventilated area.
  • Store properly: Transfer to an airtight container when completely dry.

Notes
