Ingredients

  • 2 cups blue raspberry soda or blue sports drink (chilled)
  • 2 cups Sprite or lemon-lime soda (chilled)
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • Whipped cream, as needed
  • Fresh blueberries, for garnish
  • Alcohol-free maraschino cherries (optional), for garnish

Instructions

  • Set out 2 to 4 tall clear glasses.
  • Place one or two scoops of vanilla ice cream into each glass.
  • Slowly pour blue raspberry soda over the ice cream in each glass.
  • Add a small amount of Sprite to each glass.
  • Top each float with a generous swirl of whipped cream.
  • Garnish with fresh blueberries and optional maraschino cherries.

Notes

Use dairy-free vanilla ice cream and non-dairy whipped topping for a vegan version.
