Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 4 burrito-size tortillas (10-inch)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons minced pickles
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar

Instructions

  • Preheat Blackstone grill to 400°F.
  • Cook ground beef until browned, adding salt and pepper.
  • Prepare sauce by blending mayonnaise, ketchup, minced pickles, onion, and vinegar.
  • Place tortillas on the grill.
  • Spread sauce, cooked beef, pickles, and cheese onto half of each tortilla.
  • Fold to form quesadillas, press lightly, and grill each side until golden and crispy.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure beef is fully cooked.
Add toppings like lettuce or avocado for extra crunch.
