Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp honey (for base)
  • 1 tbsp peach preserves
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup peeled diced peaches
  • 2 tbsp honey (for topping)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 small jalapeño, finely diced (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, 1 tbsp honey, and peach preserves in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  • In a saucepan, mix blackberries, diced peaches, 2 tbsp honey, brown sugar, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, jalapeño, chili powder, red pepper flakes, paprika, and salt.
  • Cook fruit mixture over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, mashing berries slightly until glossy and thickened.
  • Let topping cool for 5-10 minutes. Spoon over cream cheese base, leaving edges visible for a layered effect.
  • Garnish with optional toppings like fresh mint or lime zest before serving.

Notes

Adjust jalapeño seeds to control spiciness.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
