  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 fresh jalapeño, very finely minced (include seeds for extra heat)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp alcohol-free steak sauce (A1-style)
  • 1 tsp alcohol-free Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (for extra heat)

Instructions

  • Mash blackberries gently with a fork until juicily chunky.
  • Combine softened butter, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, lime juice, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  • Fold in jalapeño (adjust seeds for heat).
  • Gently stir in mashed blackberries to create a marbled effect.
  • Form mixture into a log on parchment paper, roll tightly, and refrigerate for 2 hours to firm.
  • Slice and serve over hot dishes.

Adjust jalapeño seeds for desired heat.
