Ingredients

  • For the Sliders:
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 white onion, finely chopped
  • Shredded lettuce (about 1 cup)
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • Pickle chips (about 12-15 pieces)
  • 12 count Hawaiian Rolls
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Sesame seeds for topping
  • For the Big Mac Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons French dressing
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13-inch baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Mix mayonnaise, French dressing, yellow mustard, relish, vinegar, sugar, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl until smooth. Refrigerate.
  • Combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chopped onion in a large bowl. Mix gently to avoid overhandling.
  • Press beef mixture evenly into the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, prepare buns: split Hawaiian rolls evenly, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  • Place 6 cheese slices over the cooked beef and let melt slightly.
  • Cut the beef into 12 small squares (matching the number of rolls).
  • Top each patty-filled roll with lettuce, pickle chips, and a dollop of Big Mac sauce.
