  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 packet fajita seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • Grease a baking dish or sheet pan with olive oil
  • Place chicken breasts in the dish
  • Arrange sliced bell peppers and onion around chicken
  • Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the chicken and veggies
