Ingredients

  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant French vanilla pudding mix
  • 3.5 cups cold whole milk
  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 30 whole graham cracker sheets
  • 1 container (13.5 oz) caramel apple dip

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk pudding mix with 3.5 cups cold milk until thickened. Let sit 3 minutes.
  • Fold in thawed whipped topping until smooth.
  • Chop apple pie filling and stir in 1 tsp cinnamon.
  • In a 9x13-inch dish, layer 10 graham cracker sheets as the base.
  • Spread half the cinnamon-spiced apple filling over the crackers.
  • Add half the pudding mixture.
  • Repeat layers with 10 more graham crackers, remaining apple filling, and pudding.
  • Spoon caramel dip over the top.
  • Chill for 6-8 hours before serving.

Notes

For best texture, use very cold milk when making the pudding
