Ingredients

  • 1 can apple pie filling (21 ounces)
  • 6 soft medium flour tortillas
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  • Spoon 2 tablespoons of apple pie filling onto each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly like a burrito to enclose the filling, pinching seams to seal.
  • Brush taquitos with melted butter.
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish; roll each taquito to coat evenly.
  • Place seam-side down in air fryer basket (no overlapping).
  • Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 9-11 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  • Serve warm with optional vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

Use a non-measuring champagne glass for the cinnamon-sugar coating.
Best served immediately for maximal crispiness.
