Ingredients

  • 32 oz canned refried beans
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1½ cups premade mild guacamole
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 oz packet mild taco seasoning
  • 16 oz chunky mild salsa, drained
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 cups pre-shredded fiesta blend cheese
  • 2.25 oz sliced black olives
  • 1 cup chopped roma tomatoes
  • ½ cup thinly sliced green onions

Instructions

  • Combine refried beans with 3 tablespoons water in a bowl. Stir until smooth and spreadable.
  • Spread the bean mixture evenly in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Layer 1½ cups guacamole over the beans.
  • Mix 2 cups sour cream with taco seasoning and spread over guacamole.
  • Drain salsa and spread evenly over the sour cream layer.
  • Add shredded cheese, followed by lettuce, black olives, roma tomatoes, and green onions in successive layers.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour to meld flavors before serving.

Notes

Ensure guacamole is ready-to-use (check ingredient list to confirm no meat/alcohol if needed). For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of chili powder or a lime wedge on top before serving.
