Ingredients

  • 1 box (3.4 ounces) dry vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 tub (8 ounces) Cool Whip, thawed

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk pudding mix and pineapple (including juice) until thickened.
  • Gently fold in drained mandarin oranges.
  • Add thawed Cool Whip and fold until smooth and fluffy.
  • Chill covered for 1 hour before serving.
  • Stir gently before serving cold.

Notes

Ensure mandarin oranges are well-drained to prevent a runny texture.
