White Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Clusters

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt.
  3. Add the dried cranberries and pecan halves, mixing until everything is fully coated.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Let the clusters cool at room temperature or refrigerate them until fully set.
