Ingredients:
- 4 cups Rice Chex
- 4 cups Corn Chex
- 2 cups mini pretzels
- 1 ½ cups Christmas M&M’s (keep some whole)
- ½ cup crushed Christmas M&M’s
- 16 oz white chocolate melting wafers or almond bark
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine Rice Chex, Corn Chex, mini pretzels, whole M&M’s, and crushed M&M’s.
- Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the mix and gently fold until fully coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and let it cool until firm.
- Break into clusters and enjoy.
