Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing cookies apart. Gently press an indent into the center of each cookie.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden but centers remain soft.
- Cool slightly, then spoon caramel sauce into each indent.
- Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over cookies. Let set before serving.
