Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter chips
- 1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
- ½ cup Reese’s Pieces candy
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until smooth and fluffy—about 2–3 minutes.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
- Gently fold in the peanut butter chips, chopped peanut butter cups, and Reese’s Pieces until evenly distributed.
- Scoop dough using a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop (or roll into balls by hand) and place on the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers still look soft. The cookies will continue to set as they cool.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
