Thanksgiving Jungle Juice

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 3 cups apple cider
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 3 star anise pods
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • Ice cubes, for serving
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a large punch bowl or beverage dispenser, combine the cranberry juice, apple cider, pineapple juice, and orange juice.
  2. Stir the mixture well, then add the sliced orange, apple, fresh cranberries, and pineapple chunks.
  3. Drop in the cinnamon sticks and star anise pods for a warm, festive aroma.
  4. If you prefer a sweeter drink, stir in honey or maple syrup until well dissolved.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
  6. When ready to serve, add plenty of ice cubes to keep it chilled.
  7. Garnish each glass with a mint leaf and a slice of orange for a refreshing holiday look.
