- 12 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika, plus more for garnish

Instructions:
- Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a medium bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, and 1 tablespoon chopped chives to the yolks. Mash and stir until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Garnish each deviled egg with a light sprinkle of paprika and extra chopped chives.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
