Thanksgiving Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives, plus more for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a medium bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, and 1 tablespoon chopped chives to the yolks. Mash and stir until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
  4. Garnish each deviled egg with a light sprinkle of paprika and extra chopped chives.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Serving Tip: These are perfect as a Thanksgiving appetizer or on any holiday platter—simple, elegant, and always crowd-pleasing.
