- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese or sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Extra shredded cheddar for topping
Instructions:
- Brown the Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess grease if needed. Add the ranch seasoning mix and stir well. Cook for another minute, then set the beef aside. - Make the Creamy Base
In the same skillet, add the cream cheese (or sour cream) and milk. Cook over low heat, stirring continuously until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. - Combine Everything
Add the cooked elbow macaroni, browned beef, and shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir until everything is well coated in the creamy sauce. Season with salt and black pepper if needed. - Broil for a Golden Finish
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle extra shredded cheddar cheese on top. Place under the broiler for 3–4 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
