Sweetened Condensed Milk Snowballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup confectioners’ sugar

Instructions:

  1. Beat softened butter for 3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk and beat 2 minutes more. (Add up to 2 tsp extract here if using.)
  3. Scrape bowl, then beat another 1–2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Add flour and baking powder; mix just until combined. (Fold in up to 1 cup mix-ins if desired.)
  5. Scoop dough into mounds and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake at 320°F (160°C) for 12 minutes.
  7. Cool on the pan 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  8. Dust generously with confectioners’ sugar.
  9. Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
