Sweet Potato Brownies

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup creamy almond butter
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes, almond butter, cocoa powder, and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  4. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 18–21 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Let cool completely, then slice and serve.
