Ingredients:
- 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup creamy almond butter
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes, almond butter, cocoa powder, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 18–21 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely, then slice and serve.
