Ingredients :
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic.
- Cut pockets into salmon fillets and stuff with the spinach mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake 20-25 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
