Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 package Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • Italian seasoning
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb hot Italian sausage, cooked and drained
  • Large portobello mushrooms, cleaned with stems removed
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add Parmesan cheese and the cooked, drained Italian sausage. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the cleaned portobello mushrooms.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of each mushroom.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
