Ingredients :
• 2 pounds ground beef
• 3.5 pounds chopped cabbage
• 29 ounces canned tomato sauce
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1 cup uncooked white rice
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 28 ounces canned beef broth
Instructions :
- In a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion together until the beef is browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the uncooked rice, salt, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Mix well.
- Add the chopped cabbage and stir to combine everything evenly.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 45–55 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the cabbage is soft, stirring occasionally.
- Once everything is fully cooked and flavorful, give it a final stir and serve hot!
