Stuffed Cabbage Roll Dish (Deconstructed Style!)

Ingredients :

• 2 pounds ground beef
• 3.5 pounds chopped cabbage
• 29 ounces canned tomato sauce
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1 cup uncooked white rice
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 28 ounces canned beef broth

Instructions :

  1. In a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion together until the beef is browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

  4. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 45–55 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the cabbage is soft, stirring occasionally.
