Ingredients:
- 1 cup ice cold water
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 3 ounces strawberry jello
- 16 ounces cool whip
- 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (9-inch)
Directions:
- in a mixing bowl, dissolve the strawberry jello in the boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
- add the ice cold water and mix well.
- refrigerate the mixture for about 20 to 30 minutes, until it slightly thickens but is not fully set.
- gently fold in the cool whip until smooth and fully combined.
- pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
- refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
- slice and serve chilled.
