Strawberry Fluff Salad

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional – pecans or walnuts work great)
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup cold milk (for mixing the pudding mix)

Directions:

  1. Prepare the pudding base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix with the cold milk. Whisk until smooth and slightly thickened (about 1–2 minutes).
  2. Fold in the whipped cream: Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding until fully combined and fluffy.
  3. Add the fun stuff: Stir in the chopped strawberries, mini marshmallows, and chopped nuts if using. Mix gently to keep the texture light and airy.
  4. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld and the salad firm up slightly.

Serve: Scoop into bowls or cups and top with extra strawberries, nuts, or a dollop of whipped cream for presentation.
