- 1 cup banana pudding (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 banana, sliced
- ½ cup whipped cream
- For the Toppings:
Fresh strawberries
Sliced bananas
Strawberry syrup
Crushed vanilla wafers
Instructions:
- Prepare the Crust:
- Mix crushed vanilla wafers (or graham crackers) with melted butter and sugar.
Press into the bottom of a foil pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Make the Cheesecake Base: - Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
Pour over the crust and bake for 35-40 minutes. Let cool completely.
Assemble the Layers: - For the Strawberry Side: Sprinkle crushed golden Oreos and drizzle with strawberry glaze.
For the Banana Side: Spread banana pudding over the cheesecake and top with banana slices.
Add the Final Touches: - Top with fresh strawberries and banana slices.
Drizzle with extra syrup and sprinkle crushed cookies on top.
