Strawberry Cheesecake Sweet Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 can refrigerated sweet roll or crescent dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tbsp milk or cream (for glaze)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Unroll dough and place in the dish, gently pressing seams together.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the dough.
  5. Top with sliced strawberries.
  6. Roll up, slice into rolls, and arrange cut-side up in the dish.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
  8. Whisk powdered sugar with milk to make a glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
