Ingredients:
- 1 can refrigerated sweet roll or crescent dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk or cream (for glaze)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Unroll dough and place in the dish, gently pressing seams together.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the dough.
- Top with sliced strawberries.
- Roll up, slice into rolls, and arrange cut-side up in the dish.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
- Whisk powdered sugar with milk to make a glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
