Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Donuts (Makes 6)

Ingredients:

  • 6 soft donuts (plain or glazed, unfilled)
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup strawberry preserves or jam
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 fresh strawberries, halved (for garnish)
  • Graham cracker crumbs (optional, for topping)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Filling
    In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Core & Fill
    Using a knife or piping tip, create a hole in the side of each donut. Fill a piping bag (or Ziploc with a cut corner) with the cream cheese mixture and pipe it into each donut until filled.
  3. Add the Strawberry Layer
    Pipe or spoon a bit of strawberry preserves into the center with the cheesecake mix. (You can swirl them slightly for extra flavor.)
  4. Top & Garnish
    Dust with powdered sugar, sprinkle with graham crumbs (optional), and top with a halved fresh strawberry.
  5. Chill & Serve
    Chill for 15–20 minutes for best texture. Serve and enjoy!

TIP: For a frozen treat, chill longer and enjoy cold like a cheesecake donut ice cream bite!
