Ingredients:
• 2 boxes vanilla wafers
• 6 to 8 bananas, sliced
• 1 container fresh strawberries, sliced
For the Pudding Layer
• 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
• 4 cups cold milk
• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk the instant pudding and cold milk until thickened.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and whisk until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- In a large dish or trifle bowl, start layering:
• A layer of vanilla wafers
• A layer of sliced bananas
• A layer of sliced strawberries
• A layer of the pudding mixture - Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with pudding on top.
- Optional: garnish with extra sliced strawberries or crushed vanilla wafers.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight for best texture.
