Ingredients:
• 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
• 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
• 1 cup chopped canned artichoke hearts
• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Unfold the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and roll it into a 12×12-inch square.
- Spread the spinach–artichoke mixture evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Roll the pastry tightly from one side to form a long cylinder.
- Slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Arrange the swirls cut-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
