Ingredients:
- 4 cups white cranberry juice
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup coconut water or lemon-lime soda
- 1 bottle (750 ml) chilled sparkling wine or sparkling water (non-alcoholic option)
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- Ice
- Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
- Sugar, for rimming glasses (optional)
Instructions:
- If desired, rim serving glasses with sugar and set aside.
- In a large punch bowl, combine the white cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and coconut water (or lemon-lime soda). Stir well.
- Add ice to chill the mixture.
- Just before serving, slowly pour in the sparkling wine or sparkling water and gently stir.
- Add fresh cranberries and pineapple chunks.
- Garnish with rosemary sprigs and serve immediately.
