Snowy Christmas Crunch Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups popped popcorn (plain, lightly salted, or kettle — no butter)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1–1½ cups Christmas marshmallows (red & green peppermint squares, halved if large)
  • 12 oz white chocolate melting wafers or almond bark
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
  • ¼–½ cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
  • 3 tbsp red & green nonpareil sprinkles
  • Optional: extra mini marshmallows + sprinkles for topping

Instructions:

  1. Add the popcorn, mini marshmallows, and Christmas marshmallows to a large bowl and mix gently.
  2. Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn mixture and fold gently until fully coated.
  4. Sprinkle crushed peppermint and sprinkles over the mixture and toss lightly.
  5. Spread on a parchment-lined tray (or leave in the bowl) and let it set for 20–30 minutes until the chocolate firms.
  6. Break into clusters, place in a festive bowl, and top with extra marshmallows and sprinkles if desired.
