- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1–1½ cups Christmas marshmallows (red & green peppermint squares, halved if large)
- 12 oz white chocolate melting wafers or almond bark
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
- ¼–½ cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
- 3 tbsp red & green nonpareil sprinkles
- Optional: extra mini marshmallows + sprinkles for topping
Instructions:
- Add the popcorn, mini marshmallows, and Christmas marshmallows to a large bowl and mix gently.
- Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn mixture and fold gently until fully coated.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint and sprinkles over the mixture and toss lightly.
- Spread on a parchment-lined tray (or leave in the bowl) and let it set for 20–30 minutes until the chocolate firms.
- Break into clusters, place in a festive bowl, and top with extra marshmallows and sprinkles if desired.
