Ingredients:
Cheesecake Filling
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
• 3 large eggs, room temperature
• 3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups chopped Snickers bars
Crust
• 24 Oreo cookies (about 2 cups crumbs)
• 1/3 cup melted butter
Topping
• 1 cup chopped Snickers bars
• Caramel sauce
• Chocolate sauce
• Crushed peanuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment and lightly grease the sides.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add granulated sugar and brown sugar. Mix until creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low and scraping the bowl as needed.
- Mix in the sour cream, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped Snickers pieces.
- Pour the batter over the prepared crust.
- Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven, crack the door open, and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with more chopped Snickers, caramel, chocolate sauce, and peanuts if desired.
