Ingredients:
For the Filling:
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bars
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
For Assembly:
- 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Create Filling: In a small bowl, combine the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs. Set aside.
- Shape Crescents: Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of the s’mores filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll and Seal: Carefully roll each crescent from the wide end to the pointed tip, enclosing the filling. Pinch the seams and ends gently to prevent leakage. Place on the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down.
- Bake: Brush the tops of the rolls lightly with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar, if desired. Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until the rolls are puffed and deep golden brown.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the rolls to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. The filling will be extremely hot. Serve warm.
