Ingredients:
- 2 ¼ cups Bisquick mix
- 1 pound mild sausage (I cook mine first)
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- ¾ to 1 cup milk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, Bisquick mix, cheddar cheese, and milk.
- Mix until well blended.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a lightly sprayed baking sheet.
- Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy. These are great for breakfast, snacks, or holiday appetizers—and yes, they freeze wonderfully.
