Salted Chocolate Pretzel Caramel Bites

Ingredients:

  • 24 Rolo candies or 24 soft caramels
    or peanut butter centers:
    – ½ cup creamy peanut butter
    – 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups milk or dark chocolate melting wafers
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 24 mini pretzel twists
  • Coarse sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. If using Rolos or caramels, place them directly on the sheet.
    If making peanut butter centers, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until thick, roll into 1-inch balls, and place on the sheet.
  3. Melt chocolate wafers and coconut oil in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals until smooth.
  4. Dip each candy center into the melted chocolate, let the excess drip off, and place back on the parchment.
  5. Press one mini pretzel on top of each while the chocolate is still soft.
  6. Drizzle extra chocolate on top (optional).
  7. Sprinkle sea salt immediately.
  8. Chill for 20 minutes or let set at room temp for 45–60 minutes.
