Salted Caramel Apple Pie Bars

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups sliced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tbsp sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. Mix flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Add butter and vanilla; mix until crumbly.
  4. Press half the mixture into the pan to form the crust.
  5. Layer apples over the crust and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  6. Crumble remaining mixture evenly on top.
  7. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden.
  8. Sprinkle sea salt over warm bars, cool, then slice.
