Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground pork sausage (mild or spicy)
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, well drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cups Bisquick (or similar baking mix)
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- ½ tsp onion powder (optional)
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix sausage and softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add drained Rotel and shredded cheddar; mix well.
- Add Bisquick, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper; combine until a thick dough forms.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 22–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
